Anche se non sembra,ci stiamo avvicinando alla stagione estiva..e quindi..sole,mare,tintarella e spiaggia!E quale è il capo must dell'estate da sempre?il costume!

Da intero a 2 pezzi,a balconcino oppure a triangolo,a slip fino all'ultima tendenza della brasiliana e del perizoma( perchè è stato creato come costume..perchè?),ognuno di noi ogni estate non aspetta altro che acquistare un nuovo biini da sfoggiare nelle spiage italiane e non.

Outfit nero,bordeaux e glitter bronze

In questi giorni non proprio soleggiati mi è venuta voglia di indossare ancora una volta il nero (eh si,io adoro il nero e anche d'estate dovete sopportare a vedermi con questo colore). 

Oggi infatti vi voglio proporre un outfit che ho indossato per andare alla discussione della tesi di una mia amica: esso è composto da un top senza maniche tutto paiettato dai toni del nero e bronzo,in tessuto chiffon quindi molto leggero che faceva parte della collezione AI 2015-2016. 

Sopra ho indossato un blazer avvitato che faceva esaltare il punto vita color bordeaux con rifiniture nere sul colletto;anche in questo caso questo pezzo fa parte della collezione AI 2015-2016.

Nella parte sotto ho indossato un classico jeans a vita alta modello skinny e un paio di derby nere lucide traforato con il particolare bronze nella parte alta della scarpa. Infine come unico accessorio la borsa:una borsa che si può indossare sia a mano che a spalla di colore nero.

Non ho voluto aggiungere nessun altro accessorio come le classiche collane che vanno di moda ora perché mi sembra troppo eccessivo dato che c'è di gia la blusa che da luminosità.

Outfit bianco,nero e scarpe glitter argento.

Oggi vi voglio mostrare un nuovo outfit dai toni del nero e bianco,colori che qualsiasi donna ama abbinare. 

E' un outfit semplice,sportivo e chic,adatto sia per il giorno che per la sera per un aperitivo quando ancora le temperature non sono ancora alte. 

Inoltre,diciamo che è un outfit molto economico in quanto la maggior parte dell'abbinamento l'ho acquistato con i saldi di mezza stagione in negozio (di solito in questi saldi trovo molti capi scontati dal 30% al 50%,il quale non è affatto male!)

Questo outfit è costituito da una classica e semplice blusa in chiffon a mezza maniche bianca con delle rifiniture nere, un jeans a vita alta e skinny a gamba stretta,un cardigan in cotone nero con rifiniture argento e con delle leggere e semplici frange nella parte bassa. 

Ai piedi,ho aggiunto un tocco spiritoso con dei calzini in cotone con dei disegni sui toni del grigio e del bianco abbinati al must di questa stagione:una scarpa derby in suola nera tutta glitterata in argento. Esse sono di un azienda italiana chiamata TataItalia (link in fondo all'articolo) che ho potuto acquistare per i saldi a soli 20euro per i saldi invernali.

Come accessori,sono rimasta sui toni dell'argento con una collana etnica molto di moda in queste stagioni (con collane molto più appariscenti) e infine una borsa a tracolla composta dai colori bianco,nero e grigio.

Panna cotta light con fragoline zuccherate.

Oggi vi voglio proporre una ricetta della mia mamma che fa molto spesso quando organizza delle serate all'improvviso e ha poco tempo per preparare qualcosa.

Si parlerà della panna cotta,ma non della classica panna cotta che mangiamo sempre,ma questa volta vi propongo una panna cotta light,ovvero senza panna,quindi diciamo non è molto calorica e adatta per la stagione che sta per arrivare.

Inoltre è un dolce abbastanza economico e veramente apprezzato da molte persone.

Gli ingredienti sono:

• 1 barattolo di jogurt dolce da 500g;
• 200 ml di latte;
• 5 cucchiai di zucchero;
• 5 stecche di colla di pesce;
• frutta a piacere(io uso sempre le fragole)

Con questa dose farete circa 18-20 tazzine in silicone come in foto.Queste tazzine le potete trovare nel sito Aliexpress al prezzo di circa 4 euro ogni 4 pezzi.

Per prima cosa,mettiamo i fogli di colla di pesce a bagno per circa un minuto per ammorbidirle. 

Poi si fa bollire 200 ml di latte con i 5 cucchiai pieni di zucchero; 

quando il latte bolle e lo zucchero si è sfatto del tutto si aggiungono le stecche di colla di pesce precedentemente ammorbidite e si lascia freddare.

Quando inizia a essere tiepido si aggiunge per ultimo tutto lo jogurt e aggiungerlo a questo punto nella pirofila o nei pirottini, e tutto il composto deve stare in frigo per almeno 3 ore prima di essere servito.

Per la guarnizione,io opto sempre per le fragole. Di solito compro un pacco da 250grammi e taglio le fragoline a piccoli pezzi;

aggiungo un pò di succo di limone e un po di zucchero,girare il tutto e infine mettere il tutto nel frigo fino a che non viene servita la pannacotta. 

In alternativa alle fragole potete utilizzare il caramello,i frutti d bosco,cioccolato oppure una macedonia.
